Sales Channel Restrictions
Retailers may not sell Balldome-branded products on Amazon without prior written approval.
Balldome-branded products can only be sold through the retailer’s own channels
Breaching these terms may result in the termination of the agreement by Balldome.
LTL Delivery Requirements
Inspect all freight upon delivery for damages or loss. If unable to inspect, sign the delivery receipt as “Subject to Internal Inspection.”
Freight must be accepted if:
The order is delivered in acceptable condition.
The order is delivered within specified business hours.
The order includes pre-approved accessorial services like a liftgate.
If freight is refused without valid reason, a redelivery fee of at least $150 will apply.
Delays caused by the consignee may result in storage fees. If storage fees accumulate, Balldome may return the shipment to the sender, incurring:
The cost of the return shipment.
Reimbursement for storage fees.
A 15% restocking fee.
If a shipment is refused permanently, charges will include:
The cost of the return shipment.
A 15% restocking fee.
Any outstanding fees exceeding the refund amount will be added to the consignee’s account balance.
